Today, we are seeking an exceptionally talented and technology-savvy sales person in an account management role to help develop and grow BTRG’s Workday implementation and optimization projects. The delivery and support teams who will stand behind you is made up of top-flight consultants in this growth-oriented solution space who are helping enterprise class businesses implement HR and Financials software in a fast-paced environment that requires an ability to learn and do every day – as you will!
General Duties/Tasks:
- Seek and respond to opportunities for BTRG in the Workday practice.
- Work closely with Workday practice management, consultants and other internal support and delivery teams to perform pre-sales feasibility assessments of how well BTRG’s solutions meet customer requirements.
- Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with customers and develop formal quotes, written sales proposals and client presentations.
- Develop an account management plan based on customer needs and BTRG expectations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor Degree from an accredited university / college or equivalent business experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a consultative solutions sales role including business development and account management.
- A minimum of 0-1 years of experience working with SaaS or Cloud technologies.
- Ability to work remotely and open to targeted travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling ERP solutions.
- Experience using Salesforce as CRM.
- Ability to interface with both higher levels of management and end-users.
- Team-oriented.
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
