Today, we are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Functional Consultant to assign to a variety of project roles and on small teams to manage or support a growing number of full lifecycle Workday implementations and optimization projects.  The Workday Payroll Consultant will bring a high level of payroll systems experience to our Workday practice, joining the ranks of our team of ERP veterans who have all developed a passion for SaaS.

General Duties/Tasks:

• Serve as a functional Workday HR consultant assisting clients with a wide range of Workday implementation best practices and managing client expectations to successful outcomes.
• Support enterprise-class payroll application projects bringing “expert level” understanding of basic to advanced global payroll management.
• Collaboratively work as part of a small core team using advanced consultative or solution-driven methods to help mitigate risk, increase adoption and work towards a team-based successful solution.

Basic Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor Degree (or higher) from an accredited university / college or equivalent business experience.
• A minimum of 7-9 years of senior level experience with payroll systems.
• The ability to work from a home-office work environment.
• A minimum of 0-1 years of work experience with SaaS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Workday or completed training.
• Proficient at managing complex schedules and concurrent project commitments, often shifting to help maintain exceptional results with aggressive timelines.
• Familiarity with application integration and the complete project lifecycle.
