Today, we are seeking highly qualified employees to assign to a variety of project roles and on small teams to manage or support a growing number of full lifecycle Workday implementations and optimization projects.  Our staff is made up of Consultants that have held positions in Project Management, Accounting and HR Administration, as well as other business roles and they now are helping businesses implement HR and Financial software in a fast-paced environment that requires an ability to learn and do every day.

General Duties/Tasks:

• Serve as a functional Workday consultant, assisting clients with a wide range of Workday implementation best practices, whether your expertise is human resources or financial systems, and managing client expectations to successful outcomes.
• Work as part of a small core team using advanced consultative or solution-driven methods to help mitigate risk, increase adoption and work towards a team-based successful solution.

Basic Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor Degree (or higher) from an accredited university / college or equivalent business experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of functional ERP implementation experience.
• A minimum of 0-1 years of work experience with SaaS.
• The ability to work from a home-office work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have SME level expertise in an HR or Financials niche area.
• Previous experience with Workday or completed training.
• Proficient at managing complex schedules and concurrent project commitments, often shifting to help maintain exceptional results with aggressive timelines.
• Familiarity with application integration and the complete project lifecycle.
