BTRG, an established and successful IT consulting company in business since 1993, is looking to add to our growing network of experienced consultants in our Oracle practice.  We currently have many opportunities for highly qualified consultants to work alongside product veterans who position our projects to be successful.

Today, we are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional eApplications Lead with expertise in eProfile, eProfile Manager and eBenefits to join a project team on the East Coast.  The eApps lead will lend functional skill to help guide the client through an HCM 9.1 implementation.

General Duties/Tasks:

• Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM eApplications 9.1 including eProfile and eBenefits
• Will be accountable for routine SME responsibilities such as Fit Gap Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Configuration and Testing & Training
• Partner with internal client users to ensure efficient and effective knowledge transfer related to the delivered features in the eApplication modules

Basic Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor Degree (or higher) from an accredited university / college or equivalent business experience.
• A minimum of 7-9 years of PeopleSoft consulting experience
• Previous projects relating to each of the following: Life Events and Open Enrollment with eBenefits, Employee Profile Management, ESS and MSS
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.x experience within the last 2 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• PeopleSoft certification or training
