BTRG is gearing up for multiple PeopleSoft projects in the Canadian market and looking to connect with talented PeopleSoft Consultants to support current and upcoming opportunities. BTRG is a Mississauga-based Oracle Platinum Partner with more than 20 years of PeopleSoft expertise across the HCM, SCM and Financials product suite.

BTRG has many years of proven experience delivering ERP solutions by bridging the talents of our internal staff with those of our independent consultants, and we acknowledge that our strong, ongoing relationships with independent contractors are vital to our success.

BTRG is an entrepreneurial software systems integrator with a history of investing in new HR and Financials technologies likely to have an impact on governments and commercial businesses. The challenging projects and roles we define require the best and brightest PeopleSoft talent to back up our two decades of experience with the application. Since 1993, we have been at the forefront of the PeopleSoft product and most recently, we were an early testing partner of its v9.2 release and have several 9.2 projects already underway.

  • Consultants who can manage full cycle delivery expectations to successful outcomes, on-site and remotely

PeopleSoft Roles, Applications, v9.1/v9.2:

  • Independent (C2C) PeopleSoft Consultants: Functional, Techno-Functional or Technical
  • Lead/SME, Sr. Consultants, Consultants to Associate Level Consultant
  • PeopleSoft Project Managers, PMP, HCM/FSCM
  • Financials modules: GL/COA, KK, AR, AP, BI, INV, PC, CA, AM, PO, ePro, Grants, EXP
  • HCM modules: Core HR, TAM/CG, Talent Management, MSS/ESS, Benefits Administration, Base Benefits, eBenefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Global/NA, Payroll, T&L, Time and Attendance, eProfile, ePerformance, Portal, Workforce Administration, Pension Administration
  • Technical: PeopleSoft Development tools, such as Application Engine, People Code, Application Package, Component Interface, AWE, XML Publisher, SQR, Integration Broker, Security, nVision

What we need you to have:  

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) from an accredited university / college or equivalent business experience
  • As an Independent consultant, PeopleSoft HCM, SCM or Financial Functional or Technical implementation and/or upgrade experience
  • Demonstrated consulting industry experience, from seasoned veterans to junior analysts
  • Corporate experience will be considered, only when coupled with the desire to learn consultative best practices
  • Proficient in all areas of the PeopleSoft implementation or upgrade lifecycle
  • Proficient at managing complex schedules, leading solution design, analyze application performance in proposed solutions while working on concurrent project commitments, often shifting to help maintain exceptional results with aggressive timelines
  • Familiarity with application customization, configuration, and integration through the complete project lifecycle
  • The ability to travel or to work from a home-office supporting your team or our clients in a virtual environment
