BTRG, an established multi-practice IT consulting company since 1993, has several opportunities available on various project teams to partner with clients in order to improve their business processes.  We are looking to add to our growing network of experienced consultants in our Oracle practice, on either a Full-Time basis or Corp-to-Corp.  Specifically, we are looking for experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional TAM Lead Consultants who will guide clients through 9.1 implementations and upgrades, serving as the primary functional expert.

General Duties/Tasks:

• Lead the implementation or upgrade of PeopleSoft TAM/Candidate Gateway v9.1
• Will be accountable for routine SME responsibilities including Fit Gap Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Configuration, and Testing & Training
• Partner with internal client users to ensure efficient and effective knowledge transfer related to the delivered features in the latest TAM release

Basic Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor Degree (or higher) from an accredited university / college or equivalent business experience
• A minimum of 7-9 years of PeopleSoft consulting experience
• A minimum of 2 previous lead roles on TAM/Candidate Gateway full life cycle implementation projects as a functional consultant
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 or 9.1 engagements within the last 2 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Complement of PeopleSoft Core HR and Self-Service (MSS/ESS) functional experience
• PeopleSoft Certification or training
