BTRG, an established multi-practice IT consulting company since 1993, is looking to add to our growing network of experienced consultants in our Oracle practice, with opportunities for highly qualified consultants to deliver implementation or upgrade solutions to our customers that successfully and positively impact their business critical human resources systems.

Today, we are looking for experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultants who can help lead the implementation, strategic assessment, upgrade or roll-out of new functionality in HCM v9.1 with numerous Fortune 1000 clients and who possess expertise in one or more of the following modules: TAM/CG, ESS/MSS, Absence Management, Benefits, eApplications, Payroll, Time & Labor and Core HR.  We have roles available on a multitude of project teams in the East Coast and Midwest regions of the United States and Canada including, but not limited to, the New York, Philadelphia, Boston, D.C., Toronto and Ottawa areas.

General Duties/Tasks:

  • As a part of a core team of highly experienced BTRG employees and consultants, will be expected to lead PeopleSoft HCM implementations or upgrades; advising on general best practices, but also acting in an advisory capacity with clients on various options, associated risks and deliverable success practices as they relate to PeopleSoft application software
  • Lead the functional requirements related to PeopleSoft HCM Modules, often on large and complex projects, including Fit/Gap Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Configuration and Testing & Training and also including change management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor Degree (or higher) from an accredited university / college or equivalent business experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the consulting industry
  • A minimum of 7-9 years of PeopleSoft HCM application experience
  • A minimum of 2 completed implementations or upgrades of PeopleSoft HCM in a functional lead role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 HCM v9.1 implementation or upgrade within the past 2 years
  • Concentrated experience in TAM, Self Service (with particular emphasis on ePerformance, eProfile and eBenefits), Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time & Labor or Core HR in addition to the ability to support integration of all modules in PeopleSoft HCM
  • PeopleSoft Certification or training
