BTRG, an established multi-practice IT consulting company since 1993, is looking to add to our growing network of experienced consultants in our Oracle practice, with opportunities for highly qualified PeopleSoft consultants to work on a variety of implementation and upgrade teams throughout North America.

Today, we are looking for experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultants with expertise in Payroll and Time & Labor.  The consultants will help guide clients through implementations and upgrades of the Time & Labor and Payroll modules, bringing demonstrated functional lead engagement expertise in both modules.

General Duties/Tasks:

• Lead the implementation or upgrade of PeopleSoft Time & Labor and Payroll v9.1
• Will be accountable for routine SME responsibilities including Fit/Gap Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Configuration and Testing & Training
• Partner with internal client users to ensure proper knowledge transfer related to the delivered features in the latest T&L and Payroll releases

Basic Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor Degree (or higher) from an accredited university / college or equivalent business experience
• A minimum of 7-9 years of PeopleSoft consulting experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Time & Labor and Payroll including at least 1 lead role with each module
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.x experience within the last 2 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Complement of technical skills including PeopleTools and PeopleCode, etc.
• PeopleSoft Certification or training.
