We have been a PeopleSoft systems integrator since 1993 and we have completed more than 130 PeopleSoft projects. Currently, BTRG is leading major PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management, Financial Management and Human Capital Management implementations and upgrades for Fortune 500 clients across North America. However, The BTRG 500 isn’t a reference to our list of distinguished clients.

As a mid-sized consulting group we can’t afford multi-million dollar ad campaigns. To deliver the value that our clients’ demand we have to put our best foot forward, every time. That means providing our customers with the best Oracle, Workday or IBM Optim and Guardium talent that the market has to offer.

This has been our core approach to delivering IT projects since the very beginning. As a result, our strength today lies in the relationships BTRG has developed over the past two decades; not only with clients but also with consultants.

As the saying goes, birds of a feather flock together. Over the years, as our teams worked together to deliver PeopleSoft projects our network grew to include more consultants. Meanwhile, our core team would constantly meet to evaluate the work of our colleagues and subsequently thin the ranks of any under-performing members. Our clients would accept no less.

Word spread. The top consultants that had come to work for us recommended friends and colleagues of similar skill and business acumen. As a result, our network of consultants has flourished into an ecosystem of senior consulting professionals spanning nearly every industry. This group of 500 or so consultants is the network we tap into every time we have a project. This network is the BTRG 500.
